​We are shop owners. What a wonderful welcome into 2016, the very shop we had been eyeing and vying for, for 6 or so months. It has been such an exciting journey…..but Reneè will tell more.

We welcomed our first official baby last year September and he has been a wonderful healthy little guy with calm temperament…..he has just left us for his forever family. We sent him off with a beautiful scrap book, lovingly made by (The Artful Place), and a flash stick full of photos. Our second baby joined us a few weeks ago, he is a prem baby and the Burgess family have the privileged task of loving him until he finds a forever family.

We are still working towards our resource packs, slowly but surely they are coming together. The greatest expense for these packs are the extras like toothpaste and brushes, soap and nappies. We plan to have packs available as needed by our local social services.

Our entrepreneurial development project is a work in progress, with a nappy bag being our first item.We managed to send our first baby to his forever home with our stunning first nappy bag. Made and costs covered by a loving volunteer. We also have a funky kids clothing line in the wings…we are just needing more funding and helpers to get it all off the ground……watch this space.

We are always looking for extra hands and hearts that share our mission. We need care families, shop volunteers, help with resource packs, donations and so on. Please contact us if you would like to help in any way.
