Refund and Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges will depend on the item bought and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, please chat to us beforehand if you feel you may need to make a return or exchange on the item bought.

We do not accept returned items unless a receipt has been issued. If you think you may wish to return an item, kindly ask for a receipt. You may return the item within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds or exchanges on online purchases will be for the customers account.
