For us safe care and fostering is first and foremost a calling, because without God in it, you cannot emotionally survive it. It is an honour and privilege for us to love and care for a little person, praying over their lives constantly.

We are sowing into their future. The giving up is incredibly hard, but then, if you have the privilege, when you see them a few weeks later, and you see the incredible bond that they formed with the adoptive parents, you know it is all worthwhile. To see their joy at having received the gift of a child, you cannot but help to give all praise to God, for He is good. A God of family, and we got to be part of that miracle.
